CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & STUDIO POLICY To respect the time reserved exclusively for you, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total. LATE ARRIVALS Arriving 10 or more minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled and the full service amount charged, depending on the service and my availability. Please notify me as soon as possible if you’re running behind. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED For the safety of your little ones, children are not permitted in the studio. My workspace contains hot wax pots, lit candles, and professional equipment that may pose safety hazards. To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, I kindly ask that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment. Thank you for respecting my time, business, and policies.
